Pierrick Harang graduated top of his class at the school of Oenology in Montpellier back in 1998. He went on to become the wine buyer for a large co-operative in Roussillon, then started his own company in 2007. Today he is a consulting oenologist for many private estates in France and abroad, while making his own line of wines with one of the most respected co-ops in the south of France, Les Celliers Jean d’Alibert. A man of many passions, one of his recent projects has been the inception of a certified organic line of wines that share the unique terroir of Southern France’s Languedoc region. The blanc is a captivating blend of Rolle (Vermentino), Grenache Blanc, & Marsanne that hits the spot (and the price!). Lovely green orchard fruits, leafy aromatics, and a touch of fennel seed meld on the palate in unique and undeniably pleasurable union. Have a bottle of this with potato dishes (heavy on the butter), seafood rillettes, or a lovely Camembert.
